Here's more instant postcards from Frozen Dead Guy Days (see here and here for earlier years). These aren't quite so instant; they are from Friday night's festivities, and I bought them Sunday morning. There weren't any postcards from Saturday because all of Saturday's events had been canceled because of snow...

Frozen Dead Guy Days is this weekend, and Beth and I will be there, with our nieces Emma and Allie in tow this year. In celebration, here are some postcards I bought at the 2010 festival. Like the ones from last year, they are pictures taken the day I bought them (altho I'm not sure I realized that at the time)...

We got these postcards at Frozen Dead Guy Days back in March.  What's interesting about them is that they are photos of events that happened that day -- The postcards are photos of the parade (which was at noon), the polar plunge (1:00 pm) and the coffin races (2:00 pm), and we bought them around 4:00 pm!  I think that's pretty amazing, and while I ( Read more... )
